FR Review:
Gregg Cook began his persona training career teaching “urban rebounding” at Crunch gym in 2000. Since then, he has amassed a wealth of private clients who credit him with their physical fitness. Cook is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. He is also certified in kettle ball training and has liability insurance for personal training. Cook teaches twenty spin classes per week at Equinox gyms all over Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Brooklyn Heights. Most of his clients are women in their early 30’s and 40’s. Though he is not certified in nutrition, but as a personal trainer tries to send people in the right direction when it comes to diet. Personal training sessions with Cook are one hour, and rates are on the high side of average for his tier as a personal trainer. For clients who don’t have gym membership, he suggests rubber tubing and dumbbells. Though Cook advises his clients to work out two to three times a week work out, some clients work once a week, and Gregg will create a plan to follow up on his own.
