Lafia/Arvin has designed many high-profile “Magazine Cover” Estates, currently what the Robb Report published “is one of few remaining iconic Beverly Hills estates” (Italian/Spanish architecture), built by an American silent film icon and later owned by Marlene Dietrich, Cary Grant, Barbara Hutton and James Mason. Beachfront properties and estates are also a specialty (Robb Report Vacation Homes 2006); California Homes Magazine Covers: Summer 1999, 2000 & 2004); Coastal Living. By working together in a cohesive team approach, we discover new ways of doing things to make the design vision come true. Key components of the client team are the finest resources and craftsmen that we have cultivated.
