Areas of Expertise / Recent Projects
“Architect Andre Kikoski turns a high-rise pied-a-terre into a serene oasis for a businessman and his blue-chip art collection” -New York Spaces

“This 1,500-square-foot pied-a-terre for a globe-trotting art collector is an elegant haven to recharge and enjoy ever-changing views of the Manhattan skyline while enjoying favourite pieces from his dynamic art collection.” -Adelto

“Kikoski complemented it all with understated elegance in design, and a luxurious material palette that competes with neither views nor art. There’s statuary bronze, Burmese teak, and floors of either wide-plank European oak or Brazilian marble. Furnishings are from Promemoria, Cecotti, and Giorgetti,  in a neutral palette of Loro Piana and Donghia hides and fabrics. It all works together, quietly and efficiently, in a joint effort between client and architect.” -Architects and Artisans

We are a recipient of the American Institute of Architect’s Institute Honor Award, the profession’s highest recognition of excellence in architecture for the Wright at the Guggenheim Museum. One juror noted our project is “sensitively handled and respectful of the essence of the original architecture.” Another remarked “with the confined space and modest budget, this project is exceptional,“ and a third observed “the design approach is controlled but playful, and complements the nuance of the Museum’s overall movement and dynamic.” -Jurors of the American Institute of Architect’s Institute Honor Award
