For a recent project Vincent DiSalvo was asked by a client to help her find a townhouse to purchase. Following inspection of many potential candidates, a tear down on the Upper East Side was selected where Vincent built her a brand new 7,000 square foot traditional limestone and brick townhouse, achieving substantial savings for the client by progressive staging of the steel structure replacement for the new house..
