Under Construction: A third residential project in Valencia, Spain: Reforma (renovation) of a modern, floor-through piso (flat) to correct the mistakes of a builder’s intervention, including a new Entry Hall, privatizing the Bedroom wing, creating a Master Bedroom suite with a new Bath, re-finishing a second Bath, adding an interior glass wall, and selecting new fixtures and finishes. This follows close-on with a dramatic modernization of another piso residence in a historic building in the ciudad vieja (old city), including creation of a generous Salon, new contemporary Kitchen and Bath, and interiors assembled from Spanish furnishing sources.Recently Completed: Plans for the renovation of a fifth residence for a repeat client on the water in Malibu, CA. A minimalist composition based on an improved floor plan that includes a relocated stairway, new kitchen, new master bedroom suite, new fireplaces, and an opening glass wall to a private terrace. (The client must like our work: We have also completed four different loft and high-rise office suites/floors for the client’s firm.)
