Lafia/Arvin has designed many high-profile “Magazine Cover” Estates, currently what the Robb Report published “is one of few remaining iconic Beverly Hills estates” (Italian/Spanish architecture), built by an American silent film icon and later owned by Marlene Dietrich, Cary Grant, Barbara Hutton and James Mason. Beachfront properties and estates are also a specialty (Robb Report, California Homes Magazine, Coastal Living multiple covers). By working together in a cohesive team approach, we discover new ways of doing things to make the design vision come true.
