Company Philosophy
It’s all in the details. Really!
Being able to take a project from concept to completion gives us full control over the renovation; starting from a very early stage and continuing all the way to the last nail in the wall.
Medium to complex renovations often involve several parties during the transformation process. The Architect, designer, material purchasing coordinator and contractor need to come together to become one efficient force. Having these groups at the different locations makes communication somewhat challenging and more often than not, results in gaps in miscommunication and heavily reflects upon job progress.
Keeping all groups under one roof truly gives us an edge when it comes to proficient renovation. We have in-house designers, an in- house materials expediting department and in-house architect all working towards common goal to execute project as fast and efficient as possible.
We took those common lame excuses “but I sent you a fax or didn’t you get my e-mail“ out of the equation.

We are pleased to announce that our most recent renovation on 425 East 58th street has earned us an 8 page spread in Trends Magazine.
We, of course, are thrilled with this project and are just as proud of our other projects; which range from single bathroom remodels to full gut renovations.
