Pro-Tech Systems has a single focus: designing and installing the highest-end security systems and safe rooms for some of Hollywood's biggest names. The company provides 24-hour service, CCTV surveillance systems, fire alarm systems, telephone network installation and third-party home monitoring services. By providing individualized attention, Pro-Tech's staff has earned accolades from insiders and clients alike for their professionalism and patience in training homeowners to use their systems.
Founded in 1978 by Paul Ott, the company acquires the majority of its projects through relationships with general contractors, working largely on the west side. Half of Pro-Tech's six employees are certified installers, including Ott's two sons. Sources say that knowing the company is family-run puts clients at ease. We are told the company's hourly rates are on the high end, but the services rendered combined with Pro-Tech's reliability makes them worthwhile. Pro-Tech offers a one-year warranty on parts and labor.
