In business for 25 years, Niagara is managed by its founder, Tom Tarpinian. The company cleans, repairs and restores all types of antique and modern area rugs and tapestries, wall-to-wall carpets, upholstery and wall coverings. We hear that this firm is one of the few that specializes in cleaning sisal, seagrass and jute rugs. Fabric protection, block sizing and flood damage control are just a few of the additional services these skilled workers provide.
