Since 1973, Birns Telecommunications, Inc. (BTI) has been answering to clients in the New York metro and northern New Jersey areas. BTI sells, installs and services NEX, Sprint, and Tadiran systems which clients say are simple and easy to use. We're told the company's service is consistent, with certified technicians being routed on a "call-out basis." With over 100,000 clients served, there can be "occasional bureacratic snags," but references say the technicians are friendly and good about cleaning up after themselves.
