FR Review:
Building on Manhattan’s slaty skeleton of concrete, steel and glass, Terraform helps bring life to those drab, bare bones with Mother Nature’s viridescent tones. This new kid on the block (and sister company to design/build rm C&A Custom Builders) embraces the metropolitan backdrop, with custom architectural metal and custom woodwork. Terraform crafts custom aluminum planters, bespoke patina'd containers, wood and metal pergolas, furniture and decorative elements. We hear that company principal Chris Anna exceeds at pairing his “passion, creativity and discerning eye” for building with his green-thumbed colleagues. Terraform can be seen working alongside NYC’s top-shelf landscape designers and architects as a specialty fabricator. Their “artisan craftsmen” and 6,000-square-foot shop nurture projects from concept to completion, from complete rooftop terraces with outdoor kitchens to built-in planters wrapping the entire facade of a downtown hotel.
As a licensed general contractor for more than fifteen years, Chris Anna has the staff and the savvy to help expedite your project. Their modest-sized, “professional and courteous” staff takes on four to six large projects and 75 smaller jobs per year, ranging from $5,000 to upwards of $300,000.
