FR Review:
With smooth polish, glamourous marble and defined light, THIS or Total Home Improvement Services, is fully committed to excellent customer service, having proved their mettle in some of the most astonishing new residential towers. Customers glow with pride after they handsomely string the last light on an eye-catching and unique chandelier. THIS team is up to the challenge. They have established a strong pattern of satisfied and repeat customers with excellent & transparent budget planning, strong workmanship and reasonable pricing. Other distinguishing qualities include a focus on NYC contracting which has its own inherent complexities and a large in-house construction team of 45+ which allows for more flexible and more responsive productivity.

Steve Goldbrenner is the newly appointed CEO as of 2019, and has a corporate background in display marketing. This makes the company, which was established in 2005, more attuned to client satisfaction than much of the competition. Goldbrenner is very involved in each project and also has a stable of strong project managers. Clients report that they are honest, transparent, constantly communicating and deliver excellent quality.

All of the work is residential, and ranges from $250K to $5M. Services include both design-build and general contracting, and also a full range of custom millwork, marble fabrication, AV, and even drapery, upholstery and motorized shades. While the vast majority of the work is the overall finished buildout of new construction, painting/wallpaper and motorized shades are also offered independently; and, these guys can clearly deal with any electrical or other issues than may arise with those smaller projects. THIS recently completed several model unit build-outs in Central Park Tower, the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere on midtown's Billionaire Row. That truly says a lot as Extell, the renowned building developer, chose THIS over all others, and then became a repeat customer. For perspective, the 5 bedroom apartment on the 112th floor was asking $63 million. However, most of THIS's customers are just your more typical residential 3-bedroom, high-rise, luxury apartment owners with style. Customers are consistently impressed, especially on the smooth finish.
