FR Review:
“An architect’s dream resource for flooring,” is what people are saying about Architectural Flooring Resource. The firm supplies, installs, cleans and maintains wood, tile, cork, rubber, vinyl, laminates and wall-to-wall carpet. Although the majority of the firm’s work is commercial, Architectural Flooring also works on residential projects with architects, designers and contractors. Owner Cathy Leidersdorff and her team will also work directly with homeowners.

Established in 1993, the company serves all of New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, the Hamptons and Westchester. Now with an expanded workforce, the team at AFR have worked on commissions at JP Morgan Chase, AIG, Sony Pictures and The Museum of Modern Art, to name a few. Enthusiastic clients tell us this company has a great work ethic, is extremely responsive and can accommodate almost any budget with the vast resources available to it. Pricing is said to be reasonable, especially considering the efficient service and quality product. Many clients appreciate Architectural Flooring Resource’s environmental stewardship, which coincides with LEED standards for carpet recycling.

Representative Client Comments:
“One of the few I really trust.” “Excellent installation team.” “Open to ideas and suggestions.” “Wide selection of floors.” “My flooring contractor for the last ten years.” “Working with them means the job will be taken seriously.”
