FR Review:
Word is this family-run business takes care of its clients like family—serving both residential and commercial clients, it is consistently ranked among the city’s finest affordable plumbers. Today, the company is run by Timothy W. Myers, who masterfully carries on the vision set forth by his Father and Grandfather over 50 years ago.

The firm operates with four crews: two focused on working with contractors on major renovations, the other two attending to service calls. Clients report that the staff (many plumbers have been with the firm for over a decade) is professional and friendly and will explain what they’re doing while they’re doing it. Most jobs are either in Manhattan or Brooklyn, but if you’re far away and have a serious undertaking, they’ll make the trek. References report Henry Myers is at its best in smaller jobs, which the owner takes as seriously as major overhauls. Free estimates precede most jobs, which clients find valuable. Hourly rates are slightly below standard, another perk.

Representative Client Comments:
“The kind of guy that you call to come in and fix what some other plumber messed up.” “Owner does work himself, which says a lot!” “Get Timmy if you can.” “While maintaining their professionalism at all times, they were also very friendly and explained in detail what they were working on.” “Had a hard time getting in touch with them.” “The project was completed in two days as promised and I was one happy customer! Their work was flawless.” “Even though I’m way out in Queens, they came up to do a small job because we got along well.”

Project Description & Comments:
I called and they came right away and looked at my project. They said they knew what needed to be done and would call again to schedule the work. After a week they had not called back. Two weeks of phone messages later, I decided to stop trying to contact them. I believe they are good plumbers and very bad communicators. I probably left them 20 phone messages and they didn't call back.
        Cost of Project: $301 - 1,000
