Troubleshooter Ben Levy doesn't just fix problems, he creates solutions. His firm, Solutions Consulting, designs high-end business networks and rock-solid home systems. Renowned for his presentations at national Apple conventions, sources say Levy is the real deal.
With a staff of three, Levy started his business in 1990, after a career animating short films in Hollywood, a background that endears him to Mac users who work extensively with graphics and video. We're told Levy is a technical guru who will plan systems to fit a single home computer or several hundred for a large business.
The company covers all of LA County and charges for travel time. Levy's prices are definitely on the high end and he does not typically offer 24-hour service, but phone service is free for existing clients. We're told Levy coordinates very well with architects and contractors, and his fees are described as reasonable.
