For those who want a reliable and capable landscape maintenance company, we hear that Jeff Nord and his team at JN Land Maintenance are the only choice. JN offers unique and creative landscaping design for their residential and commercial clients, as well as a broad spectrum of maintenance services and programs. They perform weeding, quarterly fertilizing, mowing, lighting and irrigation.
Nord established the firm in 1998 and began by mowing lawns. Today, the firm has a total of ten employees and pleased customers say that Nord's impeccable attention to customer satisfaction is on par with the best in the business. Complete landscape projects can range anywhere from $10,000 to $100,000, depending on the size and scope of the project. Maintenance fees are $75 an hour, and that includes three people. JN can take on a few landscape design projects at a time along with about 40 ongoing maintenance clients.
