Vital Services understands the serious nature of its business and performs its tasks with all the gravity they deserve. Insiders say Vince Nigro is one of the most respected men in the security industry, and for good reason. Since 1991, Nigro has provided cutting-edge security systems to some of LA's most exclusive (and reclusive) neighborhoods. But Nigro also helped to draft the language for California's strict security guidelines, which dictate background checks for all employees installing home security systems.
Only twenty percent of Nigro's commissions are residential. Nigro will accept projects from clients seeking high-end custom protection, but the majority of his work comes by referral from some of the city's most sought after general contractors. When he does take on residential jobs, he covers everything from the creation of safe rooms to installing CCTV surveillance both indoors and out and card-access controls. Remote monitoring is offered through a third-party provider at very competitive rates. With a substantial staff of fourteen, all of whom are certified installers, Nigro is known as a consummate professional. Despite his busy schedule, we hear that he really takes the time to explain a system to the homeowner. Prices are extremely competitive in terms of hourly rates, falling below many of LA's other high-end security providers.
