At Project Management Collaborative, LLC, Arron F. Latt and his team have skills based on decades of involvement with the design and construction industry. PMC manages ten to fifteen projects at a time ranging from remodels through large new construction. “No job is too big or too small”. The company does not act as general contractors; they hire and manage general contractors on behalf of the clients. PMC can arrange for surveys, geological reports, set up interviews with architects, negotiate contracts, and manage construction documents and construction contracts. The firm can perform the due diligence for a project, or run comprehensive audits on completed construction, often providing the substance for litigation.
Arron began his career as head of an architectural firm in Los Angeles in the 1960’s and founded Project Management Collaborative, LLC in 1998. His clients have included some of Los Angeles’s well known developers including Ray Watt Real Estate Development, Pardee Construction, Overton Moore Properties, and Rupert Murdoch. Arron believes there is no substitute for rigor and his Project Managers provide services at the “hands-on” level, preventing mistakes in the field.
The range of the firm includes all of Southern California, but PMC has provided services for its clients in other parts of the country. Fees are calculated based upon the project. Devoted clients report that PMC gets them the most for their construction dollar, and the company more than makes up for their fee in savings. As Latt says, “I’d like to say we cost our clients nothing because of the savings we bring to our projects.”
