With a service-call response time of less than 24 hours and free system tune-ups for the first year, SuperVision delivers superior customer service and a quality product to match. Most of SuperVision's work is in residential A/V systems, home theaters and dedicated screening rooms near its home base in LA. But the company also has a presence in the world of haute couture, performing all A/V installations for Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior boutiques, working in locations across the country.
SuperVision was established in 1977 and currently has six employees, three of whom are installers, and a showroom located in the heart of the Pacific Design Center. About half of the company's projects are substantial systems costing more than $50,000, although SuperVision has done much larger (and smaller) commissions. Rates are at the upper end of the range. The company backs its work up with a one-year parts and labor warranty. In addition to being affiliated with CEDIA, the firm is also an industry partner of the American Society of Interior Designers.
