The firm is owned and managed by founder Art Gutierrez, who supervises most of the work—when he's not doing it himself. Expert will wash windows in buildings of up to twelve stories. The firm also provides plenty of other services, including power washing, high-power steam cleaning, gutter cleaning, chandelier cleaning, janitorial services and post-construction cleanup.
The firm serves residential and commercial clients in most of Los Angeles, as well as some parts in the San Fernando Valley and Orange County. Pricing is usually per hour, per person, or occasionally by the job, based on a free estimate.
