What started out as a side job for former musician Mike Milliken is now a full-fledged business with a healthy audience. Milliken's one-man firm washes windows for a primarily residential clientele. (Milliken does serve a small number of commercial customers, but he will not do high-rise jobs.) In addition to window washing, Milliken also does gutter cleaning, skylight and chandelier cleaning, as well as glass restoration.
References praise this "polite young man" for his professionalism and attention to detail. Clients clearly appreciate the zest he shows for his work. Milliken typically works in Pacific Palisades, Beverly Hills, Hollywood and the San Fernando Valley, doing most projects by himself and only subcontracting workers for very large jobs. Some say that since Milliken usually works alone, scheduling can be a bit of a challenge—however, the fabulous, surprisingly inexpensive service is definitely worth the wait.
