Founded in 1992 by current president David Brady, CMI offers cool relief to the good citizens of Palm Beach County. Focusing primarily on new construction, upgrades and retrofits, CMI earns high praise for the courtesy and professionalism of its installation team. Clients say the technicians are dedicated, clean cut and efficient. CMI also earns kudos from the other end of the supply chain. It is certified by Trane (a major HVAC manufacturer) as a "comfort specialist," which means essentially that CMI is capable of making the most of the equipment. For that reason, it is especially recommended for clients who already own a Trane system, though CMI does service other major brand systems. The company's primary focus is installation, but it keeps several trucks on the road for repair and maintenance, especially for existing clients. Regular service is limited to standard office hours, with emergency calls handled on a case-by-case basis on nights and weekends.
