FR Review:
For more than fifteen years, Broward County has called on Weathermakers to bring a little autumn into the summer, a little spring into winter. Aiming to provide the full gamut of HVAC service, the firm will design a new system, retrofit existing ductwork, install a backup generator, and provide preventative maintenance in addition to standard repair calls. Founded in 1990 by HVAC lifer Mike Saco, Weathermakers has grown to a comfortable mid-sized firm of twenty, with a small fleet of trucks. According to sources, the modest size of the company has allowed it to maintain an intimate, customer-friendly feel, with technicians who listen well and clean up after themselves. It also means that the firm's senior staff (sometimes even Saco himself) will take service calls. The other side of the coin is that Weathermakers is better suited towards mid-sized projects and repairs than large installations. Overall, references give the firm high marks, finding the team to be efficient, clean cut and intelligent with a good feel for what works. Fair prices and a solid service contract program complete the picture.
Representative Client Comments:
"Efficiency is the name of their game. They've got their process down cold." "If you can get Mike Saco on your job, you've can't go wrong. He's amazingly knowledgeable and he really cares about his clients. Try to get him if you can." "They don't push product on you, which I liked." "Not cheap, but well worth it."
