Based on customer surveys and referrals, the book offers factual information, ratings, and comments about a select group of quality service providers, from architects and interior designers to electricians and exterminators.

Customer input is essential, both for getting listed and modifying your evaluation. You can help us gather this information in a number of ways:
(1) suggest to some of your best customers that they log on to our web site and submit a report, (2) call or email us to request forms to distribute to customers, (3) call us with the names of several references and we will contact them, and/or (4) ask some references to contact us.
