Atlantic Construction is overseen by Leo Hamill, a thirty-year veteran of the building business. He recently completed the development of a $7.5 million project at the Bronx High School of Law, Justice and Government which entailed the supervision of a 90-person crew. We handle top residential and commercial projects.
Our sister company, Atlantic Flooring (est. 1980), has worked with some of the leading Real Estate and Management Companies in the city (Glenwood, Ruden, Goodman, Douglas Elliman, Metropolitan Pavilion to name but a few). We work in partnership with them to provide a complete service package.
The sister company is overseen by Gerry Plunkett. We have evolved into Atlantic Construction and are proceeding to develop and expand. We bring quality, integrity and expertise to every project and all projects are individually supervised by one of the owners, Gerry or Leo.
