The Charlotte Barnes design office takes on about eight projects at one time, all with full budgets and all given utmost care and attention. Smaller, single-room projects are also welcome. A standard design fee is taken at the outset of a project, along with reasonable markups on purchases. Recent projects include two young family apartments on Park Ave., a family camp in the Adirondacks, a Florida bungalow, a Greenwich townhouse, and various primary and secondary residences in Westchester and Fairfield Counties.
