Owner Jesse Mercado personally oversees all construction. He take pride in building only a few homes at a time so he can personally be involved and available for his clients. He is dedicated in providing the best service possible. Jesse's dedication is such that he often acts as a construction manager from the design phase, to the general who builds it. Mercados like to provide a relaxed yet efficient and organized job site to help run the projects smoothly.
