2956 Park Avenue:
The Adler Windows team is supplying and installing all of the windows for a new 154 unit affordable passive house housing development. We selected Intus polymer steel reinforced eforte units for this project – in total we will install over 740 windows.
The Factory Building:
This project consists of a redevelopment program of am 1,005,000 square feet. Multi-tenanted industrial / office / retail building. Adler Windows installed over 2,000 Graham Windows as part of the building’s repositioning program. We executed the work in both occupied and vacant spaces throughout the building. Adler Windows worked closely alongside Consulting Associates of New York and Atlas Capital Group for this elegantly reimagined building conversion.
845 West End Avenue:
Adler Windows was chosen to replace all of the windows at 845 West End Avenue, during a multi-phase condominium conversion project. Our team supplied and installed more than 1,300 double hung windows that feature a bronze exterior.
65 Irving Place:

101 West 78th Street:
This project consisted of a redevelopment program of a seven-story pre-war apartment building into 16 first-class luxury condominiums. Adler Windows installed new Marvin Double Hung Wood Windows at primary elevations, along with Optimum Steel Casement Windows and Doors. We worked closely alongside Sweet Construction Corp and HTO Architects during this elegantly re-imagined landmark condominium conversion.
