Modern residential and commercial architecture with historic sensitivity
111 John Street, Suite 200
New York, NY 10003
Company Philosophy
Freyer Collaborative Architects was founded in 1991. Using a collaborative design approach, we establish a close working relationship between client, contractor, artisan and ourselves. Through high quality architectural and interior design we strive to satisfy all functional and aesthetic needs of the client.

The staff consists of 3 licensed architects, 6 architectural and interior personnel, and 2 support staff members. The project team is led by Warren Freyer who directly oversees all aspects of the design. Our current work reflects a diverse client base, which we believe is very important in keeping ideas fresh.

We believe in a collaborative design process in which inspiration evolves from the restraints of each project and the interaction of client, artisan, and architect. We love a challenge.
