Company Philosophy
Marks & Frantz Interior Design is an award winning, full service design firm based in New York City. Since 2009 Marks & Frantz has been commissioned to design and decorate a wide variety of residential, commercial, film, and television projects. Every Marks & Frantz design is infused with a core philosophy: that everyone wants to live with happiness, beauty and a touch of whimsy; that glamour and elegance can co-exist comfortably with functionality and be part of everyday life; that choosing and living with things you love is the best foundation for a design. They believe in timeless, classic design that will never feel dated.

With expertise and great attention to detail, M&F will manage and guide a project from the development of schematic designs to the final turn-key installation with creative passion. Along the way, the team at M&F will recommend and partner with responsible and accomplished architects, contractors, expeditors, millworkers, and craftspeople that will make the project come to life. Guiding all these entities to ensure a cohesive and singular design vision creates and exceptional one stop shopping experience for clients.

Marks & Frantz’s work has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, Traditional Home, Elle Décor, and Architectural Digest. It can be enjoyed on the large screen in feature films including Sex and the City 1 and 2, The Devil Wears Prada, and Money Monster. On the small screen, they have recently completed the redesign of the Today Show for NBC and Flesh and Bone for Starz. Marks and Frantz have designed homes in New York, Connecticut, Houston, Los Angeles and Aspen.
