Areas of Expertise / Recent Projects
Janos Spitzer create numerous custom patterned flooring, borders, and medallions. To achieve a design goal, we employ a spectrum of wood species, custom milled to enhance the desired effect.

Recent projects have lead these craftsmen from the rigidity of a traditional renovation to the uniqueness and precision of a portrait in modernity. A large installation was recently completed on Park Avenue that included a restoration of a custom Parquet de Versailles created from slow growth, white oak. Conversely, a strongly accented inlay, crafted from a variety of exotic species, was created in an uptown foyer, designed and constructed to convey the picture of intersecting planes.
