Whether you’re a marathon runner in need of cross-training, a housewife looking to get back in to shape, or just someone who likes to have their butt kicked every now and again, you will never do the same workout twice at Rev Fitness and results are immediate. Steve is the owner and primary trainer at Rev and works out of a small space in Tuckahoe, but don’t be fooled by his small gym, you’ll be begging for mercy within twenty minutes.

Clients say Steve is extremely friendly and a great conversationalist, with his you’ll almost forget the burn in your thighs. Almost. A personal trainer for over ten years, Steve has learned how to sense a client’s fitness threshold, and then push them a bit farther. He utilizes a wide variety of equipment and techniques, alternating between cardiovascular and strengthening exercises in an hour-long session, keeping your heart rate high and giving you the most bang for your buck. From kettle-balls and boxing to resistance bands and aerobics with a weighted vest, Steve will help you find muscles you didn’t know existed.

Steve is also excellent for clients who are either managing or recovering from an injury. He understands physiology and will either work around certain muscle groups or help customers learn how to stretch and strengthen them. The price of an hour session at Rev Fitness is steep, and Steve holds you to your sessions: clients are charged unless they cancel more than 24 hours in advance. Sessions with Steve aren’t for wimps.
