FR Review:
Bronxville Fitness Club, located in the heart of Bronxville, offers a wide array of classes and personal training options giving members flexibility with their work outs. BFC is open from 5:45 am until 9 pm during the week, so members can get a work-out in before or after work. The 6 am spin classes are particularly appealing as afterwards members can shower in the spa-like locker rooms and simply cross the road to hop on the train to Grand Central. Aside from the large and fully equipped gym, hour or half-hour personal training sessions and group classes are available to members. Classes include pilates, spinning, kick boxing, 'zumba' (dance), weight training and a range of cardio classes.
BFC is proud of its membership policy which is designed to ensure maximum gym usage out of a membership commitment. Membership options include: 1-month, 3-month, 6-month and auto-debit. Giving you the most options, including a $19.99 one-day pass that allows you to use the gym and attend any classes that day as a trial, Bronxville Fitness Club hopes to earn your membership by providing you with a great fitness experience every time you walk in. Membership is a bit expensive, but not astronomical. Personal training sessions are on the high end price-wise, perhaps they're trying to provide clients with further incentive to work hard during the one-on-one sessions. All of the personal trainers who work at BFC are certified professionals and each has a different background in athletics and fitness, so there's sure to be a trainer who can suit your needs and help you reach your training goals.
Bronxville Fitness Club is extremely convenient for those who want to work-out before or after taking the train to Grand Central and both the quality of the classes and professional staff members are sure to please and help you get fit.
