FR Review:
Since opening in 2007, Center Line has been installing, refinishing and restoring durable and superior floors to satisfied customers with a “no muss, no fuss” attitude. Owner Stephen McGuinness is a longtime veteran of the flooring business. Before starting Center Line, he owned Dun Ulun Inc., which he ran with a partner for twelve years. Sources tell us that Center Line’s work is very high quality and that McGuinness is very service-oriented. Known for being a good listener, he works with some of the best contractors in the business, and is also willing to work with private individuals.
We hear crews are always punctual and keep their sites very clean. They have three crews, but have the ability to take on more men if the projects call for it. Because Center Line is an installer, not a supplier, they take the best prices on woods according to the market, and clients say their cost is very fair. Prices range from low to average and are based upon square footage and vary according to the wood being used. Center Line is great at tackling straightforward projects, but probably less of a good bet for a fl ashy or trendy job.
