FR Review:
Diane James is at the top of her game. With silk and faux materials, her arrangements look at least as good as the real thing. Without smelling them you would never know, and some even feel fresh cut. These are the solution for those that "don't buy fake flowers." Clearly, a winning arrangement for those with multiple or weekend homes, as the flowers will be there as "fresh and beguiling as you left them." Also a charming purchase for seasonal, rotational pops of color in the primary residence. Lasting about five years with minimal maintenance, they are also an excellent investment. You can even send them back for a face lift or a replication.

Diane was blessed by a passion for classic design, years of living the good life in Belgium and the attention of Mario Buatta, who featured her arrangements in a half-page article in the 2001 AD, "Designer's Favorite Sources." The phone starting ringing off the hook, and she expanded from just being a designer resource to also retail. Currently, the company graciously does both custom designs for high-end clients and the very best designers, and limited retail editions of about 50. The line stays classy, fresh, and fashion-forward with about 70 new compositions a year in alluring containers, mostly from Europe. Diane, who shuttles between her NYC and East Hampton homes, has remained the lead designer while her twin daughters, Carolyn and Cynthia, have taken over the day-to-day.

Featured as the floral centerpiece in Bergdorf's bridal salon, the arrangements are sold at 125 high-end retails including Bergdorf's, Gracious Home and Neiman's, and also on their website. But for a more special couture experience, call the company to design an original. Your family and friends will thank you.

Representative Client Comments:
"When I called for a smaller arrangement for my college aged daughter to squeeze onto her dorm room dresser, they could not have been more helpful or responsive. Sent me mock-ups of smaller peonies in a bubble bowl that very day. The price was steep but so worth it." "They take the 'ick-factor' out of faux flowers." "Every single time I have presented them as a house gift, my friends have been wowed."
