Roto-Rooter is the Starbucks of plumbing services—an enormous company that offers generally reliable mid-market quality. While emergency service is their specialty, the firm’s ever-expanding residential services also includes the installation, repair and replacement of whole plumbing systems. As with other large organizations, sometimes quality varies from office to office, but most clients report that on emergencies and small-scope jobs, the company does solid work.
