FR Review:
Dora's customers have depended upon her straightforward, helpful, efficient, jewelery assistance since 1987. She is said to have a remarkably positive, can-do attitude (if the request is at all possible) and the pricing is "consistently reasonable." She will do cz as well as top end diamonds, knowing that a happy customer means long term business. Many a customer have drawn a "sketch on a post-it" and remarkably the vision is realized, usually within a week or two. Dora is also excellent about repairs-- she figures it out and gets it done.
Dora's family has been in the jewelry business for several generations coming to the US by way of Russia to Afghanistan to Iran to Italy. Currently, there are six sisters, one brother and numerous uncles on the Street, so that if Dora does not have it, she either gets it or cast it expeditiously. Originally specializing in pearls, Dora traveled several times to the Far East on shopping expeditions and is particularly knowledgeable in this area. Customers applaud Dora for her warmth, reasonable viewpoint and excellent customer service.
