FR Review:
So many people have recommended George over the 40+ years that he has been in business, that he clearly needed a writeup. The tailoring is excellent and the staff professional. George himself (a true character, he doesn't like to give his last name, so clients know him only as "George") is always there at the helm to make sure that everything is done correctly. Whether it be a suit tailoring, a jeans hem, or a wedding dress, the company consistently does excellent work. Timing is also on the mark at a week if necessary and ten days consistently (but budget more time for that wedding dress). Pricing is on the high side, but said to be well worth it, especially for designer goods. For less challenging work, many recommend going to the neighborhood cleaner. Also, there can be six people ahead of you in line at lunchtime and after work. Nevertheless, for investment clothing or your favorite pieces, longtime clients would not go anywhere but George.
