A lifelong New Yorker, Charles Rabinovitch has over 30 years of experience in the field after receiving a degree in architecture from Cornell University, where he studied under architect and architectural theorist O. M. Unger. We understand they enjoy smaller projects as much as the full-scale ones, finding gratification in their success amidst the "challenges of time, spatial and budgetary constraints." Whilst the bulk of the firm's high-end residential projects, consisting of a healthy mix of brownstone, landmark and contemporary, are within Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs, they will foray beyond the metropolitan area. Projects range from relatively modest-sized jobs to larger-scale, more involved renovations reaching upwards of $3 - 4-million.
