FR Review:
BTS Insurance of New Canaan is a mom and pop insurance company that takes the personal touch to a new level. Since 1996, this team of five lifelong New Canaan residents has worked around the clock to make sure that their coverage is unbeatable. Though they mostly work with homeowners, they also work with some commercial insurance providing services from automobile to umbrella to life insurance policies. They cannot offer the same discounted prices of Geico or Allstate, but they devote a level of time and care to each customer unimaginable at a large corporation. BTS Insurance has a reputation of being extremely personable, even sitting down with each teen driver as soon as they require insurance. If you are looking for an insurance company that cares, BTS is exceptional coverage from people who really live a phone call away.
