Clients eagerly describe Amy Peltier as a designer who creates beautiful, livable and durable interiors. We hear many of these happy clients are families with young children and an active lifestyle, which appreciate Peltier’s hands-on approach. Though she aligns with a more traditional style, her designs are functional, not frilly.
Peltier holds a degree in design from Michigan State University. Many of her clients comment that a Midwestern upbringing accounts for much of her honesty and good humor. Peltier trained at a firm in Birmingham, where she moved her way up to the role of manager and lead designer. In 2008, she opened her own business on the west coast. A certified interior designer, Peltier takes on five projects at once, mostly in the Los Angeles area. She charges an average hourly and markup over net. If her in-person services are out of your price range, Peltier also sells online design packages at modest prices through her website. We’re told she has a great personality and makes every project fun.
