Impressing her clients with imaginative rooms and charming them throughout the process, Lindsey Coral Harper delivers sophisticated, welcoming homes for young families. Her style is a finely tuned blend of old and new, a young mind rearranging the classics with flair and invention. Ikats, painted floors and rich colors are balanced with perfectly proportioned custom case goods for a look that’s capable of fun and formality in the same breath. References appreciate that she commits to making each project completely unique, and acclaim her ability to sniff out (and get the best from) local sources. This is a designer who will not only find a nearby quarry to deliver a slab of marble, but one who will go to the quarry herself to inspect the stone.
A graduate of the University of Georgia and a Ralph Lauren veteran, Harper got her start in interior design working for the venerable Richard Keith Langham. After eight years in his shop, she went out on her own in 2007. A Georgia native, Harper applies a touch of Southern gentility to her projects, wherever they may be (she’s done work as far afield as London). References laud her energy, her attention to detail (“her spreadsheets are so helpful”), and her comprehensive knowledge of the business, saying Harper knows a lot about a lot (“contemporary art, drapery techniques, you name it”).
