FR Review:
Rich, who runs the show, will always try to do a good job. And there is a lot to be said for that. The prices are on the lower side, but not cheap. They show up when they say they will and move at the price they stated upfront. One of their team leaders, Charles, is a national treasure. He works so hard and keeps everyone else on pace. They are not the best at white glove service; that part takes longer and is not quite a smooth as it should be, for say, putting the bookcase back together at the destination. But they try, and if the bookcase is Ikea, it probably should not have been moved in the first place. Solid choice.
