Clients say Scott Ageloff "won't accept anything less than the best," and as a result, they won't accept anyone other than Ageloff & Associates. Ageloff, the former dean of the New York School of Interior Design, with a B.Arch from Carnegie-Mellon University and an M.Arch. from Yale, is extremely well versed (some say "brilliant") in combining design and architecture. He wins accolades for collaborating with clients to make their own style resonate with his strong knowledge of architecture and design.
Organization is another Ageloff strength, as is his kind and pleasant demeanor. Clients add his follow-up is "terrific" and "when he says one week, he means one week." There are ten people in the highly effective office (most have been with the firm for years) and about twenty projects at a time, but Ageloff "is always there to hold your hand." The firm as a whole is said to have a good sense of relational elements, mixing old details of a structure with a modern, livable look.
