Established in 1948, the venerable fi rm is now helmed by owner Joseph Roitblat, who took over the reins in 1991. Aside from its high-end residential patrons, Belnord includes jeweler Harry Winston among its faithful commercial clientele and has been cleaning window-shoppers’ prints from the store’s plate glass for the past thirteen years.
