This national company is something of a household name in New York, where customers have been slapping ADT stickers on their front windows for over 125 years. The behemoth ADT installs and maintains home systems covering burglary, fire, flood and carbon monoxide detection. Obviously, given the large size of the firm, not every client receives the exact same level of service. However, sources say ADT is "serious security." The systems are reasonably priced, as are the ongoing monthly fees. Overall, those looking for a boutique experience should move along, those looking for a simple, safe system will find ADT to be a "solid choice."
