FR Review:
Ronald Bricke is best known for a "fabulous unfused modernism" that borders on funky. He is also said to be quite facile with 18th-century period spaces with an affinity for French and English pieces. The common thread, reportedly, is Bricke's painstaking attention to detail and his strong desire to please the client. Clients say that Bricke is simultaneously adept at creating luxurious, eye-pleasing interiors and taking into account the overall comfort of the space.

Bricke, the sole principal of this three-person firm, is a graduate of Parsons and started his practice in 1972. We are told he is extremely hands-on and has excellent follow-up practices--always returning phone calls and making himself available to his clients. Bricke is said to quickly come up with drawings and usually formulates five plans for the client to choose from. The firm generally takes on about five major projects each year (about twenty overall).

Projects start around $75,000 and clients say Bricke is excellent at working within strict budgets. In addition to his many New York City clients, Bricke has taken on work in London, Florida, Texas, California and Maine. Brick charges a standard retainer applicable to the last bill and retail on products. Clients trust Bricke to creatively incorporate clients' existing furniture and save money in the process.
