Established by Gerry Flynn in 1985, Eastside is one of the city’s largest distributors and manufacturers of wood flooring. Working with its sister company New York Flooring, Eastside specializes in installing, repairing, refinishing, cleaning and maintaining wood floors.
The company will do both standard jobs and custom-milled flooring in local and exotic woods. Eastside also deals in unfi nished wood such as strip, parquet and herringbone of all sizes and types. This firm has the ability to create custom designs and borders in its workshop. In addition, Eastside distributes pre-finished wood flooring from all leading manufacturers.
This commercial and residential company serves all five boroughs, the Hamptons and other parts of the New York City region. This company boasts such commercial projects as Barneys New York and Macy’s. Clients praise the quality of the work and describe Eastside as professional, punctual and neat.
