Principal Gary Packer has clocked many hours protecting homes from insects, rodents, birds and animals. Sources say the shop’s traditional methods of exterminating are complemented by newly developed, more environmentally friendly techniques that use fewer chemicals.
Aiding generations of customers from Wall Street to Harlem to the outer boroughs, Terminate has a large and devoted following. Packer took over the reins in 1985 from his great uncle, who started the business in 1945.
