FR Review:
A solid mid-sized operation that handles “pretty much anything,” the accurately-named Pro-Tech is said to have “knowledgeable, good mechanics” who carry themselves professionally. In business since 1994, the firm has established a good reputation among high-end contractors and architects for both large installs and small service calls. We hear that they appreciate the high priority the firm puts on speed and customer service, with teams on call 24 hours a day. In addition to all-encompassing plumbing, sewer and gas work, the firm also offers heating service and repair. The firm has the manpower to deal effectively with emergencies but still offers the personal attention of a smaller fi rm. Clients’ “only complaint” is that the firm always dispatches two men, even when the job doesn’t demand it, “so you tend to pay more for tiny jobs.” Overall though, Pro-Tech receives positive marks.
